Nagpur: Some unidentified persons brutally murdered a man, resident of Sai Society, Dattawadi coming under Wadi police station. The man who has been identified as Jeetndra alias Jeetu Hariram Kalbande, 34 was strangulated and stone to death. The murder took place yesterday late night and came to light in the morning.
According to the police sources, Jeetendra Kalbande along with his friend Yogesh Chinape had gone to Meshram’s house polt No.181 to see a new flat. After this what happened nobody knows. Today in the morning Jeetu’s body was found near Vivekanand garden in Ordnance factory area. He was strangulated and stoned to death. The deceased was unemployed. It is not known whether he had enmity with anyone.
Wadi Police have registered an offence against unidentified persons under section 302 of IPC and are further investigating.
