Nagpur: Today Chairman-Cum-Managing Director of Western Coalfields Limited(WCL) Rajiv R. Mishra launched the GPS enabled Radio taxi services for its WCL HQ officials. On this occasion, Director (Personnel) Dr. Sanjay Kumar, Director, Technical (Project & Planning) T. N. Jha and all Head of Departments were prominently present.
Services of GPS based Radio taxi is application-based and cabs can be booked conveniently through the mobile application from anywhere, anytime. Its app-based traveling solutions and point-to-point services are the main benefits.
GPS enabled Radio taxi services have been introduced as a traveling solution for official assignments on a requirement basis. The move, aimed at reducing financial costs, enhancing operational efficiency, increasing vehicle availability to 24×7, Real time ride tracking facility, SOS service and corporate dash board for e-billing is expected to be a game changer in way public sector officials commute. Concerned officers have started using these services now.
In implementation of these GPS enabled Radio taxi services at WCL HQ, General Manager (E&M/GSD) Anurag Arora and Sr. Manager (E&M/GSD) Sanjay Sinha played key role.
