Nagpur: Some people would go to any extent to fulfill their ulterior motives. In a similar incident which occurred in Nandanvan area, the deceased Vanita Narendra Asole aged 35 years and a resident of Narendra Nagar was admitted to a Rahate Hospital situated in Central Avenue Road for treatment. She was admitted in the hospital since she had allegedly consumed some poisonous substance on August 23, 2014 at around 11:41 am.
During the course of treatment, the treating doctors declared her dead at around 7 am on August 25, 2014. The Nandanvan Police Station had registered a case of accidental death in this case.
However, the complainant Neeta Nitin Nandekar aged 33 years and a resident of Plot No 33, Sai Mandir Ayodhya Nagar had registered a case in the Court No-1 of Judicial Magistrate First Class alleging that the accused 1. Narendra Madhukar Asole aged 42 years and accused 2. Kavita Rajesh Rewatkar alias Kavita Mahadeo Manapure aged 28 years had conspired and had killed Vanita Narendra Asole and had destroyed the evidence.
On the basis of the complaint lodged by the complainant Neeta Nitin Nandekar, Police Sub Inspector Godge of Nandanvan Police Station registered a case under sections 302, 201, 34 and 120 (B) of Indian Penal Code and arrested the accused.
