Nagpur: State Exmination Council held TAIT exam all over the State from 12 Dec to 21. The students appearing for the first phase of DT Ed, B Ed, D Ed online (Teacher Aptitude and Intelligence Test) MAHA TAIT exam are resenting over meaningless questions asked.

The students are also worried about the low percentage result. For this examination nearly 2 lakh students had applied. While filling the application forms the students expressed their anger and same was seen now also after the examination. This examination has been conducted nearly after 8 years for recruitment of teachers. Due to this, lakhs of DT ED, B ED students in State who are unemployed gave the exam. They are hopeful, the government after taking this exam will fill in the vacant posts of teachers. It is learnt many online questions were unnecessarily made difficult. According to the students even in MPSC exam such questions are not asked as they were asked in this exam.

One Manoj Konde of Dighori said that the students whio passed D ED in 2011 and B Ed in 2014 were given Chandrapur as centre. For 200 question the time allotted was 2 hours. The diagrams given for aptitute test were quite mind boggling. They had asked how would the diagram appear if seen in mirror. According Manoj the paper was unnessarily stretched, even the diagrams were not clear, the summary was too big. It needed at least ten minutes to read to understand and then search for the answer. Manoj says earlier it was CET, then TET and now it is Maha TAIT. All these exams are just to mislead students. The D Ed and B Ed students are given two years syllabus and asked to do 6 months internship in school where they have to teach. Despite this students have to appear for eligibility test.

According Manoj govetrnment will not recruite for another ten years beacuse as it is the government is closing down schools and has to adjust these teachers, which will need years together. In such condition there is less hope for recruitment of new teachers.

One Jay Kamble has been waiting since 8 years for teachers’ recruitment. He too has given the online exam of Maha TAIT with great hopes. His opinion is same as Manoj.

In state at 67 centres nearly 1,97520 students appeared. This exam was held in three sessions daily. For aptitude test there were 120 marks while for intelligence 80. All the results will be announced in the end of December, it is learnt.
