Nagpur News: During vigilance awareness week various awareness programmes are being organized in Nagpur based Miniratna public sector enterprises, Western Coalfields Limited (WCL). Continuing series of awareness among various stakeholders a stake holders meet was organized in WCL head quarters for the stakeholders of Nagpur Area, Umrer Area and WCL H.Q. The aim of this meet is to bring more transparency and regularity in routine work and to minimize distances among the consumers, suppliers and stakeholders of the company, so that the problems may be resolved and all the consumers, suppliers and stakeholders may grow their businesses with the company.
During this week Stakeholders meet was also organized in Majri Area for Majri, Chandrapur, Ballarpur, Wani, Wani North, Tadali and for Pench, Kanhan and Pathakhera Areas in Pench Area of WCL. The stakeholders meet was prominently attended by Area General Manager Umred area Sh. T. N. Jha, Area General Manager Nagpur area Sh. M. K. Majumdar, General Manager (HRD) Sh. M. K. Singh, General Manager Civil / GSD Sh. M. S. Ahluwalia and various stakeholders at large.
Apart this vigilance officers of WCL also conducted essay and debate competitions for the students of central school Air Force, Nagpur . These kind of competitions are also being organized in other schools of the city by WCL.
