Skills-training to 4.5 crore youths in Maharashtra State by 2022

Nagpur: In order to take the ambition of works for all to the level of ‘Kushal Maharashtra, Rojgar Yukta Maharashtra,’ as many as 4.5 crore youths will be provided skills-development training, and to achieve this goal the Pramod Mahajan Skills and Entrepreneurship Development Mission is going to be implemented in the state, said a press note.

The Pramod Mahajan Skills and Entrepreneurship Development Mission is aimed at imparting training on development of skills to the youths (both boys and girls) of 15-45 age group, and providing them the opportunities of employment and self-employment. All entrepreneurs are therefore required to get themselves registered as ‘Training Institute.’ Even already training-imparting institutions are also required to get themselves registered for this purpose.
