New Delhi: BJP MP Shatrughan Sinha message for PM Modi (without actually naming him). The PM, who arrived in the Philippines on Sunday, is in Manila to attend the ASEAN-India and the East Asia summits.

Sinha who shares a fractious relationship with the BJP leadership tweeted yesterday, “Highly appreciate Hon’ble PM’s multiple initiatives & trips to many nations, latest to Philippines. Hope wish & pray that at least this time the trip gives some fruitful results & is not just another photo op. Hope no one minds! After all we live in a democracy don’t we? Jai Hind!”

That was followed by another tweet today: “Isn’t it enough of hugging business, photo ops, learning & unlearning about farming. At least during crucial elections, with the sole agenda of India’s development, please come back Saheb… and let us work for the nation & it’s progress. With love! Jai Hind!”

Sinha is party MP from Patna Sahib and recently came out in support of party colleague Yashwant Sinhas criticism of the current state of the Indian economy.
