Salman Khan’s father and noted scriptwriter Salim Khan married Sushila Charak in 1964. Sushila later converted into Islam and was named Salma Khan. Salim and Salma had four children Salman Khan, Arbaaz Khan, Sohail Khan and Alvira Khan. Salim Khan later married veteran actress Helen in 1972. They also adopted Salman’s little sister Arpita Khan, who married Aayush Sharma in 2014.
On the work front, Salman Khan is busy with the shooting of his upcoming film Sultan.
