Rs 2,14,953 cash burgled from medicine shop in Trimurti Nagar

Nagpur: A medicine shop in Trimurti nagar area was burgled and a cash of Rs 2,14,953 stolen by breaking open shutter locks on September 14.

As per complainant, Prashant Haribhau Aasatkar, 37, a resident of, plot no. 5, Old Babhulkheda, Sadguru Wadi, Bhagwan Nagar, Ajani, Nagpur, some unknown thieves broke open the shutter locks of his shop, Medplus, Mangalmurti Square, in jurisdiction of Pratapnagar police station on September, 14 after 23-30 hours. A theft of Rs 2,14,953 is reported which was stolen from fridge and the cash counter of the shop.

On the report of the complainant police sub-inspector, Sheikh of Pratapnagar police station has registered offence under sections 457 and 380 of IPC.
