Priyadarshini Indira Gandhi College of Engineering had recently organized “Farewell VIHANG 2K17” for its final year students (batch 2013-17).
Farewell is a time to think what we had, what we have lost, what we have taken for granted and what we have achieved in all the previous years.
On this occasion Dr. R.V. Kshirsagar, Principal, Priyadarshini Indira Gandhi College of Engineering, talked about the future challenges which students may face during their jobs and higher studies. He assured the students about all the help from the college in the future also. He motivated the students for their future endeavour and wished them for their bright future ahead.
RJ Pramish Mishra from Radio city 91.1 FM was present on this occasion. He interacted with the students and unfolded many secrets of the students in his own style. Students as well as teachers all had a wonderful time with Pramish Mishra.
Student’s from various departments shared their experiences about college and four years journey of engineering. Rahul Mahato ‘Student of the Year’ shared his memories from day one in the college till the farewell day. On behalf of all the students,he expressed his gratitude towards Principal Sir, all teaching and non-teaching staff for their continuous support and help whenever they needed.
On this occasion third year students organised the cultural programs and DJ blast. Students danced on all their favourite numbers and enjoyed to the fullest. Also many students were feeeling nostalgic on the farewell day.
Students enjoyed the delicious food with their friends and teachers.
Prof. U.B. Malkhandale, HOD EE, and Dr. R.S. Khokale, HOD CSE dept expressed their views. Prof. R.R. Pais anchored the program.
Prof. Ankush Deosant, event incharge worked hard for the success of the program. He thanked Principal Sir, Dr. R.V. Kshirsagar for his constant support.
Also he thanked all the committee members and students for their support and help for the grand success of the Farewell program.

Prof. Ms.B.Gautam Prof. R.Moharir, Prof. R.Rajput, Prof. S.Dhabarde worked hard for successful conduction of event. Student’s representative Akshay Mhase, Ms.Apurva Bante and team worked hard for the success of event.
