Nagpur: Under the jurisdiction of Bori police station, a motor cycle rider died in road accident at 8.30 am on Nov 27, 2015, after being dashed by an unidentified tipper driver.
According to police, a motor bike rider of bike No. MH 27/ BJ 1544 was vehemently dashed by a rashly driven tipper No. MH 40/ N 3805. Seriously injured bike rider Nivratti Parasram Ajankar, 62, resident of Manewada, Nagpur was rushed to GMCH Nagpur where he succumbed to injuries.
On the complaint lodged by Sanjay Dattuji Bansod, 42, resident of Dudha, Bori police registered a case against unidentified accused under sections 279, 304 (A) IPC and 184 MVA. Bori PHC Pramod Bansod is further investigating the case.
