Kailash Jogani, Past Chairman, Nagpur Branch of ICAI while speaking as the Chief Guest at the inauguration programme of General Management & Communication Skill (GMCS) Training Course for newly qualified Chartered Accountants at ICAI Bhavan, Dhantoli, Nagpur. He said that the newly qualified members need to polish themselves with proper communication and presentation skills so that the final & complete product is ready to expose and compete in the global market. He further said that this training course is very important for both i.e. CA willing to practice and opting for employment or Business as it will help them to serve their clients in a better way. He further said that offering and creating more value to the clients will help them to command Best remuneration in money terms and will also give them satisfaction and build confidence in them for future. He shared his experiences with the participants and gave important tips to them. He appreciated the activities organized by Nagpur Branch.

Earlier Chairman of the Branch CA. Ashwini Agrawal welcomed the guest and said that it’s not only aptitude but attitude which helps a professional to reach his destined altitude and they must have the best of Communication & presentation skills to achieve the desired goals. Elaborating further, he said that Soft Skills may be defined as “Personal Attributes” that enhance an individual’s interactions, job performance and career prospects and realizing the importance of this Institute has started this course which is a prerequisite for membership enrolment of the Institute. He said that it will equip the entrants to the profession with interpersonal and management skills and provide exposure to the contemporary issues in the ever changing socio-economic scenario. He asked the participants to participate in the training sessions as much as they can to gain best out of the course as it is designed to inculcate best of presentation and communication skills and build confidence in them. He asked the newly qualified members to contact branch in case of any assistance required in their future endeavors and assured all the support.
