Nagpur: Nag Vidarbha Chamber of Commerce (NVCC) felicitated Padma Bhushan D R Mehta, RBI Deputy Governor and former SEBI Chairman Shyam Disa and Prem Bhandari, an IAS officer of Rajasthan Government when the dignitaries paid a goodwill visit to NVCC office here the other day.
