Nagpur: The Deputy Mayor Satish Holay and other dignitaries on Wednesday paid their homage to the “Missile Man” and former President of India Dr APJ Abdul Kalam on his first death anniversary. A simpleton to the core and an iconic, inspiring figure to the millions of students, the late scientist had conducted the atomic test successfully in 1998. The Deputy Mayor and others garlanded the oil portrait of the former President Abdul Kalam at the New Administrative Building of NMC and paid his tributes on behalf of the grateful citizens of Nagpur City.
