Nagpur: A fundraiser musical event “New Navaa Tarana” was recently organized by Lions Club Nagpur Pride at Scientific Hall.
“Bajorao Mastani” fame Shreyas Puranik, who is music director/composer and singer, with playback singers Aishwariya and Sushmita Bhandari and other artists Prashant Chendke, Smita Hedao, Soniya Toksiya, Shekhar Ganorkar and Savitri Pophali presented Hindi and Marathi numbers.
The audience got energized when Aishwariya and Shreyas rendered the chartbusting tracks “Humma Humma”. The event comprised of highly talented session artists and musicians with roots and is a unique blend of various music cultures, which believes in experimenting and broadening their horizons rather than confining their music to a genre.
