Nagpur: Raising a question on agreement between RTM Nagpur University and Mumbai University stating that the latter will be helped for examination of answer sheets by NU, it has been revealed that even after one month, only ten thousand answer sheets have been checked. According to the agreement two lakh answer sheets have to be checked.
Earlier, it was being claimed that slow speed of Mumbai University’s server made checking a tedious task which was declined by Neeraj Khati, Director, Examination Department, Nagpur University. It is to be mentioned that checking are being done in Dhanwate National College and Shivaji Science College.
Although, 250 teachers were appointed for the task only 15-20 are conducting the same. As informed by Dr. Babanrao Taywade, Chairman of the committee looking after the task, “the checkings are being done in other cities also. We are expecting it to conclude on a faster rate soon”.
