MModal Global Services Pvt. Ltd. Celebrates its Annual Day Event

Nagpur: It was fun and frolic for MModal employees as they gathered together to celebrate their Annual Day Event NACENT – Nagpur Annual Congregation Entertainment with the theme as Expressions at Hotel Tuli Imperial!. MModal, a US based MNC and leader in healthcare documentation organizes Annual Day event every year as part of employee engagement activity. The event was packed with entertainment, awards, rewards & celebrations

General Manager Human Resources of India East Region Santhosh Kumar, Associate General Manager Operations Mohan Dhanabalan, Senior Manager Facilities & Administration Ronald Monteiro and Senior Manager Operations Amaresh Bire, commenced the event with lighting of the traditional lamp.

The event rolled over when the Hall went dark and the employees performed the UV/Neon dance as a Welcome act performed by Karan Diwan, Bharti Yadav, Jyoti Nair, Sanjay Sarjal, Mitali Hadke, Javed Sheikh, Shraddha Dubey & Santok Sokhi which thrilled everybody.

Santhosh Kumar & Mohan D welcomed all the employees and congratulated them for their contribution to the company’s success. The crowd went loud on the next medley dance number “Gunja Sa Ek Tara & Kamli Kamli” performed by Aruna Singh & Amruta Koli.

Further the aura became hilarious with a comedy skit “Accident Ho Gaya”, which was performed by Tauseef Akhtar, Sachin Kale, Ahfaz Hussain, Neeta Dadure, Sonia Nagpal, Ghausia Farheen, Ajinkya Chaudhari, Ayushi Karosia and Karuna Golait which left the crowd rolling and laughing.

As the stage glittered with lights and smoke, it was time for the next “Western Dance Peace” performance which was performed by Shrikant Shivpeth (Choreographer). The crowd went crazy to witness the thrilling performance!

Entertainment was on the run, it was time for the Performance Awards. The awards were presented to top performing employees for their contributions during the year 2014 with a cash reward and memento. Vinay Francis – Senior Manager Human Resources organized the performance awards.

After motivating the employees with the awards, the event went on to mesmerize the crowd with the traditional “Bhangra” dance performed by Inderpreet Singh, Manpreet Singh, Satpal Singh & Santokh Singh. It was some masti time when the party rolled out with more fun games conducted by the anchors for the audience.

Rock band performance by the Fusion Group, Samuel Shende on Guitar, Robin Williams on Keyboard, Jitendra Patwardhan on Tabla & Clement Arland on Drums took the breaths away. Savinay Meshram played a beautiful mouth organ peace. Different songs were sung by talented MModal singers Manisha Raut, Amruta Koli, Vinay Francis and Santhosh Kumar from the Senior HR team also showcased their singing talent.

As the event progressed further with high energy, a medley dance performance “Jumme ki Raat, Baby doll mein sone di & mein lovely ho gayi yaar” performed by the welcome dance group lifted the spirits. Next on the schedule was the models of MModal, performing the RAMP walk through the Fashion Show Indo-Western dress theme which was the dress attire for the event. Shwetha Srinath as a show stopper along with Raman Kalwale & Ajinkya Choudhari concluded the show.

The employees went emotional on the display of the next sequel “Pal” which was a video of memories over the years with the company encrypted by Savinay Meshram. Now, it was the managers’ turn to do something in return for all the employees, and hence they presented their hilarious medley dance number “Aata Majhi Satakli & Ram Lakhan” performed by Piyush Chaudhari, Vinay Francis, Ashish Godbole who gradually got accompanied by the production employees Tauseef Akhtar & Sachin Kale.

As the music went loud, Dance number “India wale” performed by Karan Diwan, Bharti Yadav, Jyoti Nair, Sanjay Sarjal, Mitali Hadke, Javed Sheikh, Shraddha Dubey & Santok Sokhi geared the Indian Spirit high. The event concluded with employees on the DJ Floor and theme dinner.

It was a memorable and enjoyable event for the MModal employees and they await their next Annual Day in 2015.
