Nagpur: A middle aged lewd man victimized a mentally disabled girl by molesting her when she was alone in her house in Ajni area a few days back. When the helpless girl narrated the act of the accused in her own way to her mother, she registered a case with Ajni cops in this connection. The pervert man has been booked.
The accused Avinash Kale, taking advantage of the 25-year old mentally disabled girl being alone in her house after her mother went out for some work, slyly entered the house and indulged in vulgar acts. The heinous incident took place before July 23. However, the girl, even though mentally challenged, disclosed the lewd acts of Avinash to her mother in her own way. Taken aback, she lodged a complaint with Ajni police in this regard.
PSI Bansod has booked the accused Avinash Kale under Section 354(A) of the IPC and probing the matter further.
