Manaswini Foundation spells monsoon magic with ‘Go Green Grow Green’!

Women often join hands to show their might in the men’s world, to make their bold statement in the society and even to join hands for small chores to make a big difference! So be it coming together to weave a quilt, mastering the culinary skills in kitchen, clubbing together, or anything that hints at making collective effort, when women do it, they do it differently yet leaving their indelible impression.

Taking women’s cause to next level, a group of women from Manaswini Foundation has come together with common motive of supporting and educating the underprivileged women of the city. Manaswini Foundation had recently organized Monsoon Magic a get together party tittled “Go Green & Grow Green”. The color code for the event was Green.

The colour green denotes nature. Keeping this in mind members of Manaswini Foundation made their presence felt in green hues. They decked up in trendy attire following green coloured dress code.

Monsoon is believed to be the best time for plantation. To keep that in mind various activities were organized to create awareness about the plantation and environment. Manaswini held a competition on Benefits of tree plantation and a slogan contest on save environment. From all the members two best ladies were selected as Monsoon Magic queen 1st 2nd winner. They also distributed the Tulsi saplings to all members and asked them to plant the same at their residences.

Soon some ice breaking games like Housie and other games was played to entertain to all lovely ladies.

The party witnessed lot of fun with beautiful ladies grooving to the latest party numbers belted out by DJ. The excited lot also indulged into some of the finest assortment of lip-smacking food.

The ladies of Manaswini Foundation had whale of the time at the event!!
