Nagpur: Yashodhara Police has registered a case of attempt to murder against Jameel Khan (35) after his mother-in-law, Sairabano Ahmed Khan (40), filed a report that he tried to kill his wife, Aliya Khan, by making her eat poisoned cake.
According to the police, Sairabano has claimed that his son-in-law has tried to kill his wife by making her eat a poisoned cake on her birthday. The complainant has informed that the accused had brought cake on 21st July to celebrate Aliya’s birthday. However, soon after consuming the cake, she fell sick. She claims that he has tried to kill his wife.
