Eligibility criteria:
Educational qualification:
All the candidates interested in applying must possess a Bachelor of Medicine, Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS) degree from a statutory university or any other qualification as specified in the First or Second Schedule appended to the Indian Medical Council Act, 1956 with post graduation diploma or degree from a Statutory University in Pediatrics/General Surgery/General Medicine/Gynecology/Anesthesia/ Psychiatry/Ophthalmology/Biology/Radiology/Pathology/Blood Transfusion.
Age limit:
The candidates should not exceed the maximum age limit of 35 years. However, candidates from the reserved category will be entitled for age relaxation as per government norms.
Selection procedure:
All the candidates will be selected on the basis of merit.

Fill in all the relevant information in the prescribed format only.
The filled in application form, along with photocopies of relevant documents should be sent to collector office of respective district.
