The Marathi Department of L.A.D. & S.R.P. College for Women, Jagruti Cell Nagpur celebrated Sadbhavana Diwas, recently. The programme began with the singing of RTM Nagpur University Song. Students displayed placards with slogans of national integration and unity. They formed a Sadbhavana Human Chain in the college campus.
Vice Principal of LAD Dr B. Malewar addressing the students emphasized on unity and secularism. The event was supported and guided from the Principal Dr. S. Nair. The efforts of Dr M Bande, Dr R Anjangaonkar, Dr C Lade, Ambade, Kawadkar, Bhowte, Aghor and Thombre in making the programme a grand success were particularly acknowledged.
P Ambade gave the introductory remarks on the significance of the Sadbhavana Diwas. The vote of thanks was proposed by M Patil. The programme was concluded by singing of National Anthem.
