During the session 2016-17 KDK Nagpur Polytechnic Nagpur organized number of campus drives of various national, Multi-national companies for students to shows their spark and get selected successfully. On 4thOctober 2016 “Trade ocean Cargo-Logistic PVT. LTD,”Mumbai ,organized a placement drive 65 students got selected from various branches. The Company official Vaibhav (Manager) and Nidhi Dhoke (Asst. Manager) selected the student by conducting written test and personal interview. VATECH- WABAG Chennai, Pvt. Ltd. Organized Placement drive On 5th Jan 2017and TATA Motors Pune Organized the drive on 20th January 2017. Students fromComputer, Electronics, Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, were participated in this drive. A presentation on the vision mission & strategies of TATA Motors Pune was also given on the Occasion, Company took on online test followed by interviews 8 students were finally selected by the company The company offer 1.20lacs per annum salary during the training. The selected students will beplaced at Pune & various places across India.
Mahindra & Mahindra Pvt. Ltd. Hingna MIDC, organized a campus drive specially for Mechanical branch and finally 6 students wereselected asa Technician . ”GRIFEO TECHNOLOGY”Bhuvaneshwar, has also organized compus drive for all branches. The company officiallymotivated the students took the online test and interview and 16 students were selected as an assistant Technician, supported at different location across India Pradhan H.R. of the Company led the team to conduct the recruitment process and also congratulated the successful students. Cytec Company, Nagpur India steel visited and organized drives for pass out students.
The management of the Institutes always try to invite renowned national and International companies for the campus drive so that student can placed at better place at initial stage for their career. Secretary of BCYRC Hon’bleRajendraMulak always suggest to run the various programme to develop the students with all professional aspect he always says that our students should achieve their goals. Institute runs various personality development programme, guest lecture, sport event, cultural event to achieve and find out the hidden talent within the students under the guidance of Principal Prof. V.K. Babar ,Vice Principal Prof. PankajShende, HOD of all respective departments take effort to run the above various programme throughout the academic year and try to find out the best within the students and this is the reason for achievement of great success of students in various campus drive.
