Nagpur: The Indigo airline seems to be continuously getting into trouble. ‘this time too a passenger was at a loss and wads at a loss’……!! as he landed at a wrong place because of the negligence of indigo’s staff.
It so happened that a passenger who was to go to Indore from Delhi ended up in Nagpur as mistakenly he boarded the wrong bus at the airport. The buses were parked next to each other, and then the flight crew seemed to have not checked his boarding pass properly, letting him sit on the wrong aircraft.
The indigo airline has taken three of its employees off duty for an investigation.
The low cost indigo was recntly slammed by parliamentary panel for discourteous and rude behaviour of its employees towards passengers, saying it was an institutional problem.
The airline was flayed after its President and wholetime Director Aditya Ghosh told the panel that country has a shortage of talent and that it is difficult to teach students from government schools English in a short span of time.
