Nagpur: In a curious turn of events, the iconic tiger Jaichand was found fallen into Right Canal of Gosekhurd Irrigation Project in Bhandara district. The ferocious predator from Umred Karhandla Wildlife Sanctuary reportedly strayed and fell into the canal. The big cat is alive and the officials of Forest Department are trying hard to save it.
The flow of water has been stopped to facilitate ‘Save-Jaichand Mission.
