Job Description
- Should have recruitment experience.
- Must have knowledge about handling job sites
- Draft and post job descriptions,
- Continually source candidates for currently open positions and future positions
- Check in with new hires and managers to see the results of their recruiting plans
- Design and implement programs for employee referral
- Excellent communication skills in English, Hindi
