Dhyanchand Hockey Academy, Nagpur storm into the quarter-finals

IMG_6120Nagpur News :  Dhyanchand Hockey Academy, Nagpur kept city’s flag flying high on a day where other local teams suffered contrasting defeats as they stunned Northerm Railway, Lucknow 4-3 via tie breaker (full time 1-1) to storm into the quarter-finals of the 1st All India VHA-Nagpur Gold Cup Hockey Tournament organized by Vidarbha Hockey Association at its ground. The tournament is held under the aegis of Hockey India.

Other local teams, Range Police and Eagle Sporting suffered contrasting defeats.
While SAI Sundergarh defeated Range Police 2-0, Maharashtra XI thrashed Eagle Sporting 14-3 to move into the quarter-finals.
