Nagpur: Police have arrested three person for abusing and beating a woman in Gujar Nagar, Gangabai Ghat coming under the jurisdiction of Kotwali police station.
According to police sources, the accused Dhiraj Laxman Dhanvijay, 41, Niraj Laxman Dhanvijay, 36, Suraj Laxman Dhanvijay, 43 and Anand Mukund Ramteke who stay next to the house of Rameshwari Rakesh Dupare broke open her door and gained entry into house and hurled abuses at her. Soon after this Dhiraj Laxman Dhanvijay allegedly beat her up with stick injuring her seriously out of old enmity.
Rameshwari lodged a complaint with the Kotwali police who registered an offence under sections 294, 504,448, 325, 326, 506, 427, 451, 452,34 of IPC and arrested Dhiraj Laxman Dhanvijay, 41, Niraj Laxman Dhanvijay, 36, and Anand Mukund Ramteke while Suraj Laxman Dhanvijay is absconding.
