CME on “Vector Borne Diseases”, recently held at IMA’

Nagpur News : Indian Medical Association, Nagpur organized a CME on “Vector Borne Diseases”, recently at IMA’s J.R. Shaw Hall, North Ambazari Road, Nagpur as per WHO theme for this year with a motto “Small Bite Big Threat”.

Dr. Arun Humne spoke on “Vector Borne Diseases : Epidemiological Perspective”. Dr. Archana S. Deshpande spoke on Changing Scenario of Malaria”,  Dr. Anand Kate spoke on Current Trends in Management of Dengue”. The lecturers were followed by Case Series presented by Dr. Yagnesh Thakar, Dr. Meena Mishra and Dr. Sapna Khanzode.

Dr. Ajay Kate, President Elect. Was the Chief Guest for the CME.  Dr. Sarita Ugemuge conducted the CME.

At the outset Dr. Sanjay Deshpande, President, IMA welcomed the audience and Dr. Kush Jhunjhunwala, Hon. Secretary, IMA proposed vote of thanks.
