Dedication, devotion & commitments of a Chartered Accountant enables any company to develop at a faster pace, he further added.

Kirti Agrawal, Chairwoman, Nagpur Branch of WIRC of ICAI in her welcome address said that the training, grooming & technical knowledge of CA Course makes the foundation for right combination of Knowledge, Skills & Ability in Young CA’s. She urged the new entrants to the profession to be loyal & dedicated to the employing organization. She further said that the young CA’s should make a right choice for sustained professional & personal growth. She advised the new members to keep themselves updated with current developments in the economy and said that to become Potential Manager /Professional one must have desire to learn, ability to listen effectively, ability to reflect, ability to reject false views, and intent to be with truth rather than with person.
CA. Julfesh Shah, RCM speaking on the occasion said that this give an excellent opportunity to the corporate sector to scan through the particulars of large number of professional CA’s at one place, interview them & recruit the suitable candidate in their organization. It also helps the Young professionals to meet & explore the possibility of mutually beneficial relationship. He advised them to stick to one organization for longer term as it will give them more experience and mileage and help them climb the success ladder in proper way.
