Nagpur: Like every year All India Nausainik Camp was conducted from 07-17 Oct 16 at Karwar, Karnataka. Seventeen NCC directorates from all over India participated in various competitions and Maharashtra Directorate was adjudged “Champions Directorate”. Six cadets of No4 Naval NCC Units, Nagpur were the part of this contingent. The cadets were training under the guidance of Capt. TM Valunjkar Commanding Officer and his staff.
These cadets won medals in various competitions like firing, Boat Pulling, Boat Rigging and cultural activities. Cadets returned to Nagpur after sixty days of rigorous training. These cadets are Cdt Saurabh Shukla, Anand Kashyap from SFS College, Cdt Rishabh Chaudhary NIT College of Engineering, Cdt Jagjit Singh Kabotra of Sindhu Mahavidyalaya, Cdt Mayur Savarkar of Dharmpeth MP Deo Memorial Science College and Cdt Srushti Pravin Patre from Shivaji Science college achieved this feet.
