In an appalling incident, a young boy entered a 17-year old girl’s house, gagged her mouth and raped her. The accused boy then photographed the girl in nude and threatened to upload the obscene photos on social networking sites. With this blackmail tactics, the boy sexually exploited the minor girl frequently over a period of more than one year. The evil-minded accused even threatened to kill her father if she opened her mouth.
The pervert-minded accused Akash Sahare, resident of Gorewada, Nagpur, on January 2, 2014, burst into the girl’s house in Jaripatka area when she was alone. After entering the house, Akash gagged her mouth and raped her. The accused Akash Sahare, with demonic designs in his mind, photographed the girl in nude and threatened to go viral on Internet. Armed with the nude pictures of the girl, the accused Akash started blackmailing her. With this blackmail tactics, Akash exploited the minor girl sexually frequently at a bushy place near her house for a period of over one year. The accused even threatened to kill the girl’s father if she dared to open her mouth. The hellish ordeal of the girl ended on April 20 when she gathered courage and blew the cover off the sordid episode. Taken aback by the ordeal of his daughter, the father approached Jaripatka police and registered a case against the accused.
PSI Dongre, acting on the complaint, booked the accused Akash Sahare under Sections 376, 354, 3(R) of IPC read with Sub-Sections 4, 5, 6, 12 of Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act 2012. However, the accused has not been arrested so far.
