In a letter sent to the District Collector, the AAP pointed out heaps of garbage littered all over the office premises. “The initial cleanliness drive in the Collector Office following the launch of “Swachch Bharat’ Campaign by Prime Minister Narendra Modi on October 2 smacked of photo-ops and publicity stunt,” said the letter sent by AAP and added that the party itself is undertaking ‘Swachch Bharat’ Campaign at the Office of Collector. The letter further appealed the District Collector, other officials and employees to participate in the cleanliness drive, said a press release issued by Dr Devendra Wankhede, District Convener of Aam Admi Party.
