Nagpur News: Hudkeshwar police have arrested a 45-year old lewd man who raped an eight-year old girl.
According to police, the 8-year old girl was playing on a mound of sand in front of her house. Her mother had gone out for office work or some other work. At the same time, the criminally minded man Mangaldas Sudama Wankhde (45), a resident of House No. 11, Shankarpur Nagpur, scolded her for playing on the mound of sand. The innocent girl entered the house of accused Mangaldas for asking why she should play on the sand. Taking advantage of the situation he raped the girl.
The bruised girl narrated the incident to her mother. The bewildered mother immediately reached the Hudkeshwar Police Station and lodged a complaint against Mangaldas. The Hudkeshwar PSI Chavan booked Mangaldas under Section 376 (I) of IPC and Sub-Sections 7, 9 (M) of Protection of Sexual Exploitation of Children Act and arrested the shameless Mangaldas Sudama Wankhde in this regard.
