2 goons ‘steal’ electronic goods, furniture worth Rs 12.50 lakh from shop in Kamptee

Nagpur: Two goons forcibly took away electric goods and furniture worth Rs 12.50 lakh from a shop in New Kamptee area on Wednesday.

According to police, the complainant Shubham Shankar Chawla (23), resident of Ranala, near Jain Mandir, Kamptee, told police that he had purchased a shop named Jainam Enterprises Furniture and Electronics for Rs 10 lakh. On Wednesday around 8 am, the two accused Pinky Jain and Sonu Tamba Pillay (35), both residents of Kamptee, came at the shop and threatened to kill Shubham. With the threatening words, the two accused loaded the furniture and electronic goods worth Rs 12.50 lakh into a truck forcibly and took away with them.

New Kamptee WPSI Meshram has registered a case against the two accused under Sections 392, 34 of the IPC and searching for them.
